These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the website at lucabellainsurance.com (the "site") and the LucaBella Insurance Agency Text Line (the "text line"). Both are run by LucaBella Insurance Agency Inc. ("LucaBella," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas insurance agency at 3700 Standridge Dr, Suite 206, The Colony, Texas 75056, Texas Department of Insurance agency license 3160437.
By using the site or the text line, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What the text line is
The text line is how LucaBella Insurance Agency answers people who text our number or who ask a question through the form on our site and check the box to get answers by text. Replies come from an automated assistant, and the assistant tells you it is automated. It can answer general questions about our agency, collect the details and documents our licensed agents need before a consultation, book a consultation, and send confirmations and reminders about it. Questions about price, coverage, or a specific policy are passed to a licensed person at our agency.
How you join
You join by texting our number, or by checking the text consent box on the contact form on our site and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. If you would rather not get texts, leave the box unchecked and we will call you instead, or call us at {{LUCABELLA_PHONE}}.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You get messages in reply to your questions, while we prepare for a consultation you asked for, and to confirm or remind you about an appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through the text line.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan sets what you pay to send and receive texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts from the text line. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable request to stop, including a call or email to our office. After you opt out, we send one text to confirm it, and then no more messages unless you join again. To join again, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or will arrive on time.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you use, or have the account holder's permission to use it. The text line works with mobile numbers on participating United States carriers. Please do not enter or text from a number that is not yours to use.
What not to send
The assistant never asks for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or bank or card details. Please do not send them by text. Standard text messages are not a fully secure channel, so send only what your question or consultation needs.
Texts do not change your coverage
You cannot buy, change, or cancel insurance by text. No coverage is bound, changed, or cancelled until a licensed agent confirms it with you and the insurer issues it. Answers from the automated assistant are general information, not advice about your coverage.
Not for emergencies or claims
Do not use the text line in an emergency. Call 911. To report a claim, use the claims contact in your policy documents or call our office.
Documents you send
Documents and photos you send by text are kept with your conversation in our agency's records. Nothing deletes them automatically. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
If you change your number
If you give up or change your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or let us know, so texts meant for you do not reach someone else.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Insurance information on this site
Information on the site is general. It is not an offer of insurance, a statement of coverage, or advice about your situation. Coverage, eligibility, and price depend on the insurer's underwriting and on the terms of the policy that is issued, and the policy itself controls. Not every type of coverage is available to every customer.
LucaBella Insurance Agency is licensed in Texas. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell insurance in a place where we are not licensed to do so.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
- submit false information, or a name or phone number that is not yours to use;
- interfere with the site, its security, or other people's use of it;
- copy or collect content or information from the site by automated means without our written permission; or
- use the site or the text line to send anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
4. Our content
The text, design, and other content on the site belong to LucaBella or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.
5. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites run by others, such as a map service. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide the site and the text line "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about them, including any warranty that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LucaBella and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the site or the text line, or from your inability to use them. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Texas Insurance Code or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
8. Governing law
The laws of the State of Texas govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site, the text line, or these Terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site or the text line after that, you accept the updated Terms.
